Mayflower Park, located on 80 acres on the Colorado River Road in Blythe, CA, features 152 campsites with water, electricity, and a dump station, as well as additional dry camping sites. The Park provides water skiing with boat launch facilities, swimming, camping, day use picnic area, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and fishing.

MSA Consulting, Inc. was commissioned with the task of turning the aged park into the County Parks Department’s flagship facility.

MSA was responsible for providing a full menu of civil engineering design services including site planning, pre-design survey, utility research and coordination, construction document package including grading, street, and sewer improvement plans, technical specifications, cost estimating, and construction administration for the construction of a new maintenance facility, a new entry and kiosk, a new potable water well, new shade structures, the expansion of the existing dry RV storage area, and related landscaping.
