The Lodge at Rancho Mirage was renovated at an estimated cost of $330 million and was reborn as a five star Ritz Carlton hotel.
MSA Consulting, Inc. performed the original planning, civil engineering, land surveying, utility coordination and construction administration of the 45-acre project for Gencom, who later sold the project to Kam Sang who completed the construction. The project included renovation of 244 rooms, a luxurious high-end branded spa, fitness center, beauty salon, retail shops, and 18 private spa suites.
