An Employee Stock Ownership Plan, or ESOP, is a program that grants ownership interest in the Company to MSA’s employees.

In 2016, MSA Consulting changed the way our company is structured. By offering an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to our team, we are embracing a proven approach that will give all 60 employees an opportunity to participate in our ownership and direction.

This approach is relatively unique for the Coachella Valley, but it has been successful nationally and globally, with well over half of Fortune Magazine’s 100 best companies to work for in America featuring a form of employee ownership.
