Mr. Dewegeli joined MSA’s Planning Department in August of 1999 after graduating from ITT Technical Institute with an Associate of Science Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting Technology. As Design Development Coordinator for MSA, he works closely with clients and Project Managers to develop site plans, subdivision maps and a variety of presentation exhibits. Mr. Dewegeli utilizes his expertise in CADD, hand graphics and latest technologies to generate graphic exhibits for project Master Plan, Specific Plans, Site Plans, Tentative Tract and Parcel Maps, and other visual exhibits. Graphics (exhibits) services include: General Plan/Zoning/Land Use, U.S.G.S. Maps, FEMA Maps, Circulation, Aerial and Site Photographs, Existing and Proposed Utilities, Hydrology/Grading, Proposed Phasing, Vicinity Maps, Conceptual Site Plans, Tentative Tract and Parcel Maps, Line of Sight, Consultant Coordination and Data Transfers. By staying informed on current technology and principles of design Mr. Dewegeli produces quality exhibits that meet current zoning requirements and local jurisdiction standards while clearly communicating the intent of the plan.
