On behalf of Toll Brothers, recognized as 2012 Builder of the Year by Professional Builder magazine, MSA Consulting, Inc. completed the Predesign Survey, Final Design Engineering, Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment, and the Construction Staking for the final phases of the project.
