Michael Penalber joins MSA’s Engineering Department as a Senior Designer. He is a local graduate of Palm Desert High School and received an Associate of Applied Science Degree from ITT Technical Institute. Michael brings 6 years of civil engineering experience and a strong skillset in AutoCAD/Revit software design. We welcome Michael to MSA and are excited to have him as part of our team.
