Our project experience includes work on large single-family subdivisions, multi-family residential projects, condominiums, apartments, assisted living facilities, hospitals, schools, and commercial projects including hotels, casinos, and energy-intensive cultivation projects. MSA has worked successfully with Southern California Edison, Imperial Irrigation District, Southern California Gas, as well as numerous communication and data purveyors. MSA makes the agency-required submittals and then tracks all utility contracts, agreements, invoices, and easement documents. When design coordination is complete, MSA takes the lead and performs preconstruction meetings and remains available for construction support until the project is complete.
